Procedure for placing an order
Any order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and the «Personal Data & Cookies» policy, without prejudice to any specific contractual terms agreed between the parties.
Before confirming their order, buyers have the opportunity to check the details of their order and correct any errors.
The customer completes their order by following these six steps:

Step 2: Add the selected product(s) to your basket. You can access your basket at any time to make changes or confirm your order.

Step 4: Access your account to confirm and complete the details required for delivery. If you do not already have an account on the Website, create a customer account and fill in the required information regarding your identity.
Step 5: On the order summary page, expressly accept the website's terms and conditions of sale.
Step 6: Finally, the customer will be redirected to the secure online payment site to confirm the payment. The customer's final acceptance is therefore confirmed by the validation of their bank details (credit card number, expiry date and security code). Legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

The customer must return their items to the following address: Customer Service 1944 PARIS, Returns Department, 83 Rue Maurice Berteaux 95360 Montmagny.
In any event, the customer shall return to Ad Beauty, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification of their decision to withdraw, the item(s) subject to the right of withdrawal. The Customer must enclose a note with the parcel indicating the order number.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, AD Beauty will refund the Customer the price of the item(s) concerned and, if the entire order is returned, the shipping costs according to the least expensive standard shipping method offered by AD Beauty – 1944 Paris.
Returns are free of charge.
The refund will be made within 14 days of the date on which 1944 Paris is informed by the Customer of their decision to withdraw. In any event, this refund cannot be made before 1944 Paris has received the item(s) subject to the Customer's withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the returned order.
Refunds will not be issued if the item in question has been damaged as a result of handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and/or conformity.
