Our application tips

Application tips:
1. Preparing the nail: File and shape the nail, push back the cuticles and then mattify the surface with a soft block. Carefully remove any dust and clean with a cleanser to remove any oily residue.

2. Application of the base: Take a small amount of Vitamin E Base Coat and apply a very thin layer over the entire nail, without touching the cuticles or side edges. Seal the free edge.

3. Catalysis: Catalyse under LED (or UV) light depending on the power of your lamp. Ensure you keep your hand straight to prevent any backflow.

4. Application of the gel: Apply your colour gel or vegan gel over the catalysed base, then catalyse again. For better uniformity, apply the colour in two thin layers.

5. Finish: Finish with a top coat (glossy, matte or glittery depending on the desired effect) and then cure. Allow to cool before wiping off the sticky layer if necessary.

6. Pro tip: For maximum durability, avoid hot water and oils in the minutes following application. Moisturise your cuticles regularly to keep your manicure looking flawless.
