Morning routine

Cleaner: Massage onto damp skin, then rinse with warm water.

Lotion: Apply to clean skin, then pat in gently.

Essence: Apply 2 to 3 drops to the face and neck, on slightly damp skin.

Serum: Apply 2 to 3 drops, working from the centre outwards, without rubbing.

Cream: Apply a small amount to seal in moisture and smooth the skin texture.

UV protection: As a final step, apply a generous amount to the face, neck and ears.

Evening routine

Cleaner: If you wear make-up or SPF, double cleanse (oil then gel/cream).

Lotion: Apply to rebalance the skin and prepare it for subsequent treatments.

Essence: Moisturise and soften the skin by gently patting it.

Serum: Target your needs (shine, comfort, smoothing) and leave on for 30 to 60 seconds.

Cream: Seal in the active ingredients by massaging upwards.

Sleeping Mask: Two to three evenings a week, apply a thin layer instead of cream or on top of cream if you have dry skin.

Pro tips to maximise results

Layering order: Apply your skincare products from the lightest to the richest (lotion → essence → serum → cream → SPF).

Slightly damp skin: promotes the absorption of moisturisers.

Correct quantities: 2 to 3 drops of serum, a small amount of cream, two fingertips of SPF product.

Exposure time: Allow 30 to 60 seconds between each step to avoid product overload.

Frequency: Use regularly morning and evening for lasting results. Adjust the sleeping mask according to your needs.

    In my opinion, this new routine from 1944 Paris deserves a 5/5. This is due to the quality, fragrance and results of the products. And I'm not talking about the choice of pink packaging, which goes very well with the concept of a «Korean routine» and beauty products to gently do your skin good. All that's left is to add richer products (creams and serums) later on to reach an older audience (mature skin).
