I'm only giving it a 4.5 because I couldn't find the pause time if I wanted to use this cleanser as a mask, and because the foam cleanser (my personal favourite texture) has since come out. Having said that, when used with the make-up remover, it does a very good double cleanse. Well done and a special mention for the beautiful packaging.
