Your questions about the Korean evening skincare routine.

The questions we’re asked most often, with a short answer.
On nights when you’re wearing make-up, yes: the balm removes the make-up, and the foam completes the cleansing process. If you’re not wearing make-up, a single gentle cleanser is enough.
The essence is a light, fluid formula used to moisturise and prepare the skin. The serum has a higher concentration of active ingredients and is applied straight afterwards.
The instructions state 1 to 2 times a week, as the final step in your evening routine.
